Please complete this form for classes listed on the "events" schedule (basically any classes/workshops we offer that are NOT beginner or Puppy K).  Please note those classes marked with an * require previous ABC training, while some (such as obstacle) are open to all. Classes require pre-registration (preferably about a week) and non-refundable pre-payment (we will call you) since we limit class size.  We usually confirm a few days before class, if you have not heard from us, please call to make sure we have your enrollment.  Looking forward to seeing you soon!
