Started by Willy (an ABC graduate) and his people, Help Willy's Friends accepts donations (new & used items, money and volunteers) and distributes them to all animal shelters and rescue organizations in Connecticut.  They have done some amazing work, from offering spay/neuter certificates to adding pet meals to the meal on wheels program (some of the elderly people were giving their own food to their pets because they couldn't afford dog food).  Check them out today and/or bring your donations to their bin at ABC.
