After payment, please complete the registration form (you will be redirected to the registration form page. If you are not redirected to the registration page, PLEASE CALL. We will not know you have registered until we have a registration form).

Remember, due to limited class size, registration fee is non-refundable, so please check your schedule carefully.  (of course, if classes have filled, we will issue your choice of a credit or full refund)   Please see the terms and conditions page for full details. 
(Remember, when you Puppy Kindergarten and Beginner Group together, you recieve a $20 merchandise certificate!)
