OVERVIEW

• For puppies 12-18 weeks old
• Critical developmental time when puppies temperaments are formed
• Early learning AND socializing!
• Positive reinforcement!
• Entire family welcome!
• 5 weeks of 50 minute classes
• Small Class Size, 6-10 puppies per class
• First week, humans only for an undistracted start
• All classes require prepaid registration to ensure your enrollment
• $110^* for the five week class

Description

• Don't miss this critical learning stage of puppyhood!
• Combines socialization AND actual early learning of commands
• Prevent problems before they happen!
• Basics include: sit, down, loose leash walking, coming when called (its best to imprint a solid recall as early as possible to create a pup that ALWAYS comes when called, no matter what!)
• Prevent chewing, nipping, jumping up
• Housebreaking tips
• Handling and safety-issues (your veterinarian and groomer will thank you)
• Puppy psychology, communication and timing
• Supervised free-play for proper socialization (prevent potential frustration/aggression issues later)
• Obstacles for fun and confidence
• Entire family welcome to attend and work with pups

Topics covered include:

• Basics of puppy communication and psychology
• Easy and effective ways to teach
• Basic commands such as sit, down and tons of coming when called!
• Loose leash walking
• Attention, handling, targeting, "leave it"
